We carry things that no one would ever know unless they asked. Some days feel like the same hard road over and over again, but we don’t have to give up. We can show up every day and face what is ahead with hope and faith that it will all work together for good. We can enjoy those who show up and contribute to our journeys. We can be consistent on the journey and we will eventually reach where we are trying to go….maybe even someplace better than expected. Will it be in the timeline we expect? Maybe, Maybe not. Will it be the way we expect? Maybe, Maybe not. Will there be discomfort and challenge? Yes. Will there be hurt on the journey? Yes. Do we have the ability to make decisions best for us no matter what happens in the process, adjust, and show up? Yes. Life is and can be so full of joy and purpose in the midst of great pain. The journey towards health,fitness, and recovery can be so purposeful and we can reach our goals. We can choose to focus on the good and choose to surround ourselves with others that are truly for us, who want us to be successful. We can look to those who have accomplished what we hope to and learn from them. We can keep notes and celebrate our progress weekly. We can take time each week to learn what was difficult and work towards improving this. There are so many things we can do on this journey towards health, fitness, and recovery to be consistent and reach our goals, even if there are current limitations.
