Anyone who knows me, knows that I value honesty. I have not written anything on my blog in almost a month because there have been so many challenges that were preventing me from doing any one thing consistently.. My shoulder was doing well, however my concussion symptoms from the accident were not good, along with a calf injury and other very hard life challenges that have showed up recently. Each day looked different and there were so many adjustments that had to be made, sometimes daily depending on symptoms. I really didn’t feel like I had the capacity to write often. What I discovered in this process that I hope will encourage you in your health and fitness journey is that consistency is still consistency even if it looks different each day. I continued to be consistent with exercise, supplements, and nutrition within what my body allowed. I never stopped, I just had to adjust frequently. So whatever you are going through in life, because life happens and is very challenging at times, show up and be consistent in whatever way you are able to. Every exercise we perform or extra steps we get in impact our health and well being. Every fruit or veggie or nutrition modification we make, matters and will make a difference in the long run.
